Description
This 1949 drama documentary tells the story of young mining trainees.Tinker, (Derek Smith) a Gipsy`s son runs away and joins the mining school. Unable to read or write he struggles to cope and when unjust suspicion of theft is blamed on “Tinkerâ€, life at the school becomes even more difficult but he perseveres
and all ends well in this very interesting social documentary.
