JIMMY TARBUCK OBE
A Liverpool boy and classmate of John Lennon, comedian, singer, actor, entertainer and TV host, Jimmy Tarbuck presented Sunday Night at the London Palladium as well as numerous game shows and quiz shows on TV. He was awarded an OBE not only for his services as a comedian, but also for charitable contributions. With a legacy in comedy, he is one of the most successful entertainers of his generation.

MARGI CLARKE
Once called ‘the Queen of Liverpool’ by Malcolm McLaren, Margi Clarke’s career highlights include Letter to Brezhnev; Blonde Fist; Benidorm;Coronation Street and Hollyoaks. Her film  appearances include The Dressmaker and Strike It Rich and she played Queenie in the series Making Out. She received the Best Female Presenter award in 1994 for The Good Sex Guide.

TIM HEALY
Tim Healy is best known for Auf Wiedersehen, Pet; Benidorm and is a regular in Still Open All Hours. He has had a long career in television and was a member of the Live Theatre Company. His TV appearances include A Captain’s Tale; Minder; Boys From The Bush and Common as Muck. He also appeared in the West End musical Billy Elliot. Tim was a cast member of Coronation Street and Waterloo Road.

LOLA!
A regular performer at our festivals, glamorous vocalist and entertainer Lola always wows the audience with a sparkling performance of vintage music from the 40s & 50s.  Her music transports us to a bygone age when the big bands dominated, rekindling the spirit of those years. She has been featured in the Daily Mail, the Telegraph, The Lady Magazine, Radio 4’s  Woman’s Hour, Radio 2 and GMTV, to name a few.

JIMMY CRICKET
Comedian Jimmy Cricket’s catchphrase “and there’s more…!” inspired the name for his TV series. His radio series Jimmy’s Cricket Team was written by Eddie Braben. Jimmy has worked with the Krankies, Peter Kay and Bobby Davro. He has appeared in numerous Royal Variety Shows and The Good Old Days. He was featured on This Is Your Life and received a papal knighthood in 2015 for his charity work.
