TWO WHOLE DAYS celebrating British Film and TV History with the nation’s favourite TV channel.
ON SCREEN:Lost films & lost shorts, including the very rare BRITISH FILM The Spare Tyres, lost since it was first seen, starring Terry Alexander with appearances from Frank Finlay, Pauline Yates & Donald Churchill. It was produced by Kenneth Cowan, whose son, Andrew Cowan, will introduce the screening.
ON STAGE: celebrity hosts and guests, PLUS LIVE FOOTAGE DETECTIVES – will you get to meet Bob? Will there be biscuits?
Our hosts for the event are: MIKE READ, CAROLINE MUNRO and MADELINE SMITH and special guests: Dame Maureen Lipman DBE, Tony Christie, Jimmy Cricket, Johnny Tudor, Jamie Anderson, Andre Vincent, John Hewer & Jeremy Smith, The Llantrisant Male Choir, Mal Pope, Lola Lamour, Mel Byron, Allan Bailey and Mark Shortland.
