Romance blossoms, until Luigi finds his former girlfriend murdered – with the evidence pointing in Barbara’s direction! Luigi is under suspicion and his sidekick ‘Limpy’, is the only one who helps him. Will his luck run out for good? With impressive supporting performances from Egypt-born femme fatale Simone Silva and British actor Victor Maddern. From 1913 to 1975, Murray’s Cabaret Club in Beak Street, Soho was filled with dancing showgirls performing to packed audiences. Percival ‘Pops’ Murray became the owner in 1933 and introduced London to the ‘Cabaret Floorshow’. Everything was perfect – from the dancers’ costumes to the gleaming stage and the music. However, in 1963, the Profumo Scandal erupted. A love triangle between a Murray’s showgirl, Britain’s Minister of War, and a Soviet spy, all at the height of the Cold War.
