Coming By Road and Car Parking
There is no visitor parking at the Palace Theatre – The nearest pay and display car park is The Quadrant that has level access to the Theatre.

Take Access 1 off the Ring Road, Follow the brown tourist signs for Palace Theatre and proceed straight ahead along Red Lion Street until the road curves to the right. Turn left immediately after the Queen’s Head Pub into Victoria Street and the Quadrant Car Park is on the left.

Car Park 1 Kingfisher Centre – 13 min walk Car Park 1 is open 24 hours. Over 7 hours: £10.00. Disabled parking spaces can be found on level 7 of car park 1.

Directions to the Palace Theatre:
From the M40 At junction 16, take the M40(W) exit to B’ham/Oxford. Continue onto M42. At junction 3, take the A435 exit to Birmingham (S)/Redditch/Evesham. Take the slip road onto Alcester Rd/A435. Continue to follow A435. Take the A4023 exit towards Bromsgrove/Redditch. Continue onto Coventry Hwy/A4023. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on Coventry Hwy/A4023. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Redditch Ringway/B4160. Slight right onto Red Lion St. Turn left onto Grove St. Arrive: Palace Theatre, Redditch, UK.

Coming by Rail:  There are regular trains from Birmingham New Street (journey time just over an hour) and from London Euston (journey time just over three hours).

Bus Information: The number 57 bus runs from Redditch Station at Unicorn Hill to Redditch Bus Station. From here, transfer to the number 57 bus that runs to Trafford Park. Journey time approx. 10 mins.

Impaired Mobility
The theatre has lift access to all front of house areas including the bar, the Palace Studio and main auditorium. Wheelchair users have easy access via automatic doors from our main entrance on Alcester Street. Wheelchair positions are located in most areas of the auditorium and positions available in the Palace Studio.
There are 10 wheelchair spaces in the Auditorium, 8 in the stalls and 2 in the circle. 

Wheelchair Seats
Customers who require wheelchairs as their primary use of mobility, must book a wheelchair seating position on the allocated seats on the booking plan by calling Box Office on 01527 65203. Wheelchair users for safety and evacuation reasons must not be transferred from a wheelchair to a fixed seat and must remain in their wheelchair to enable safe evacuation of the Theatre.
