BERNARD CRIBBINS on CD
A Combination of Cribbins
26 TRACKS on one CD
A Combination of Cribbins was produced by George Martin, (famous for producing the Beatles), in 1962, and is now regarded as a classic comedy album. It showcases the talents not only of Bernard and George, but also the inventive arrangements of Johnnie Spence and the pioneering audio work of Stuart Eltham.
This expanded edition features the album in its rare stereo edition alongside recordings from the start of Bernard’s career in musical theatre and revue, dating back to the show Harmony Close in 1957, plus the hit singles, Hole in the Ground, Right Said Fred and Gossip Calypso alongside rarities which include the first ever re-issue of Red Head, only previously issued on an EP; and the original mono single take of Winkle Picker Shoes.
